By using our services, you confirm that:

• You represent a legally registered business or authorized entity (for B2B transactions)
• You have the authority to enter into binding agreements

4. Product Information & Specifications

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and technical data are accurate.

However:

• All specifications are indicative and subject to variation based on production batches
• Laboratory and industrial conditions may yield different results
• Customers are responsible for conducting independent validation and testing

Silica-Vista shall not be liable for discrepancies arising from application-specific usage.

5. Orders & Acceptance

5.1 Order Placement

5.2 Order Confirmation

An order is considered accepted only when:

• A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Agreement is issued
• Payment terms are agreed upon
